Our parish Council of Catholic Women is a member of the National Council of Catholic Women which was founded in 1920 by the U.S. Catholic Bishops to respond with Gospel to the needs of the Church and society in the modern world.
Our parish Council is also a member of Harrisburg Diocesan Council of Catholic Women. Each year, the HDCCW awards Scholarships to high school senior girls who are sponsored by a member of a parish CCW.
St. Theresa CCW meets on the first Friday of each month (except July and August) at 9:30 AM in the Little Flower Social Room. Meetings include prayer, light refreshments, a program or speaker and the fellowship of our lady parishioners. Come join and serve the Holy Trinity
All women in our parish are members of St. Theresa CCW. This year, 2020, we are asking for a $10 membership fee* because our sole source of income is the bingo kitchen which has been closed since March. We welcome any woman in the parish to come to any of our many activities.
This year is the 100th anniversary of the National Council of Catholic Women.
